Johnson County Sheriff's Dept. announced DUI Saturation Patrol this weekend.
Well folks the nice weather means people will be out enjoying BBQ's, Royals games, etc. this weekend, and that generally goes hand it hand with drinking. So without any surprise, The Johnson County Sheriff's Department has announced that they will be conducting a DUI Saturation Patrol on Saturday, April 14th, 2012. A DUI Saturation Patrol is not the same thing as a DUI checkpoint, but it does mean there will be many additional police officers out in Johnson County looking specifically for people who appear to be DUI or Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. This can and will affect all parts of Johnson County including, Overland Park, Leawood, Olathe, Lenexa, Prairie Village, Mission, Merriam, Mission Hills, Shawnee, and Gardner.
Remember it's always safer and much cheaper to take a cab or to arrange a designated driver than to drive when you have had too much and risk a DUI or other Criminal Charges.
If you or someone you know has been charged with a DUI or other Criminal Charges contact our office in Overland Park, Kansas for a free case evaluation with an Overland Park Attorney.
