Weekend DUI Checkpoint Update: 4/27 - 4/28
The DUI checkpoints keep on coming. The Kansas City Police Department has announced that they will be conducting a DUI checkpoint at some point this weekend in an area well know for DUI related car accidents, and DUI related arrests. There will be signs in advance and officers will be directing traffic.
If they suspect you of Driving Under the Influence, they will ask you to perform Field Sobriety Tests (these are optional, you do not have to do them), Breath Tests to determine your Blood Alcohol Content (B.A.C.), etc. And in all likelihood you will be facing DUI charges.
