Kansas City Area DUI Checkpoint Update: 4/19/13 - 4/21/13
Should be another nice weekend, which means more police out looking for $ for the cities and states. Here's what we know so far:
1. The Johnson County Kansas Sheriff's Department has announced that they will be conducting a DUI checkpoint on Friday, April 19th, into the morning of Saturday, April 20th, 2013. Drivers suspected of being impaired will be given field sobriety testing, and if thought to be under the influence could be subjected to further testing.
We will update as we learn more. As always stay safe out there, and remember your rights. See our article on whether or not to take field sobriety tests here.
