Kansas City Area DUI Checkpoint Update: 7/26/13 - 7/28/13
More of the same this weekend, here's what we know so far:
1. The City of Overland Park Police Department has announced that they will be conducting a DUI checklane on Friday July 26th, 2013. The Johnson County Sheriff's Department will also be assisting with this checkpoint. If they suspect you of being impaired it is likely they will ask you to perform Field Sobriety Tests, and possibly other chemical tests to estimate your BAC.
2. The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department has announced that they will be conducting a DUI Checkpoint sometime this weekend at an area known for Alcohol related accidents.
